Access

Corporate Email Policy
As we continue to expand the services and data accessible through My Colorcon, it is increasingly
important to ensure that portal access is appropriately secured to contacts currently employed by
our customer organizations. In order to maintain the discretion and data security that our client
organizations expect, My Colorcon accounts are only granted to contacts who are able to provide a
valid corporate/business email address.
 

Registration will not be granted to anyone using a personal email address. Examples of
personal/non-corporate email domains that are ineligible for My Colorcon registration include (but
are not limited to) gmail.com, qq.com, and 163.com.

Browser Requirements
To ensure My Colorcon users are able to experience all features and functionality offered on the
customer portal, it must be accessed using an up-to-date version of one of the popular browsers
listed below:

• Chrome
• Edge
• Firefox
• Opera
• Safari

We are unable to extend portal access to visitors using an alternate browser not listed above or a
legacy browser version released more than 6 months ago. Customers who are unable to use My
Colorcon due to browser incompatibility should work with their IT Team as needed to update their
current browser or access an alternate browser.

Finally, please note that older browsers may lack important security features leaving users
vulnerable to exploitation, so it is to every organization's benefit to ensure their employees are
using modern browsers to access the internet.

Data Security

Publicly Available Features
The SDS Search is available to any visitor to the My Colorcon public landing page via the button at
the bottom of the screen. Registration/login is not required to access this feature.
 

General Features Available to All Logged in Users
Anyone who is logged into My Colorcon will have access to the following general features:

• My Colorcon Dashboard, including My Profile as well as any applicable Notifications, Alerts,
  Announcements, or Tradeshows & Events
• Chat Support
• Give Feedback Button
• Place a New Order
• Request Pricing
• Submit Compliance Request
• Request a Sample
• Tools & Calculators (except HyperStart C2C - see below for more information)
• Submit Complaint
• SDS Search
• Answer Center

Features with Contact-Specific Access
The majority of customer-specific data presented on My Colorcon is secured to each individual
contact. This means that visibility and management of the following types of open and recent
activity, along with visibility of any associated documents, are secured to the contact who
requested/initiated them:

• Complaints
• Compliance requests
• HyperStart C2C formulation requests
• Pricing requests

Features with Special Security
The following portal features follow special security rules as described:

• Manage Orders
  • The logged in user can view and manage all unshipped and recently shipped orders on
    the Order Management page where they are listed as the order contact
  • If you are not the contact on an order but need visibility of it, note that access to additional
    orders placed by other contacts at your company location can be granted upon request to
    Colorcon Customer Service
  • Note: Only the order contact will have visibility of the Change Order and Cancel Order
    buttons for eligible orders
• Manage Sample Requests
  • The logged in user can view and manage all open and recent sample requests on the
  • Manage Sample Requests page where they are listed as the main sample contact
    Additionally, the logged in user can view and manage all open and recent sample
    requests on the Manage Sample Requests page where they are listed as the ship-to
    contact for the sample
• Submit HyperStart C2C Formulation Requests
  • This feature is available to most logged in customers but may not be available to every
    user. Chat with our support team or contact your Colorcon representative if you have
    questions about your HyperStart C2C access.
